a complete listing, or use the Search Products link to look for

Order Online: Use the Add 1 to Basket or Buy 1 Now buttons
in our shopping cart. To view your purchases at any time, use the
Basket Contents link. Once you're done shopping, proceed to Check
Out for a secure transaction.
Order by Phone: Call 1-800-U-MAKE-IT (1-800-862-5348). Please
have your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express card handy.
For fastest ordering, please give item numbers to operators.
Sales Tax: For residents of New York State, please select
appropriate sales tax for your county of residence. Note that shipping
is taxable in NY, VT, MA, NC, and IL.

Privacy Policy: We do not make our mailing list or e-mail
list available to any outside companies.
Canadian & International Customers: Please use your credit
card when ordering or send a check in U.S. funds from an American
or Canadian bank (e-mail us first to receive your shipping costs).
With your e-mail order confirmation we will give you two options
for shipping your order: air and ground (surface) and the cost for
each. As soon as we hear back from you on how you would like your
order shipped, we will bill your credit card and ship your order.
All orders are shipped insured unless otherwise noted and all customs
and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders Shipped to Overseas
Military Addresses: Please indicate the address you would ordinarily
use for receiving parcels and click "Outside US" for country.
Then fill in the state code (ex: AE or AP) and postal code where
indicated. When we receive your order, you will be charged as if
the shipment were being delivered within the USA "lower 48."
Returns: Your satisfaction
is guaranteed. Please return any order or partial order within 30
days of date of purchase. When returning merchandise, please complete
Returned Merchandise form, which is enclosed with your order. When
returning merchandise, please indicate if you would prefer to make
an exchange, receive a merchandise credit or a full refund.
Shipping: Alaska, Hawaii
& Puerto Rico: All orders shipped air parcel post unless otherwise
arranged at the time of ordering. We normally ship your order within
48 hours for all in-stock merchandise. We ship via both UPS, ground
and USPS parcel post. If you prefer one service over another, please
indicate this when ordering.
Merchandise Shipped from
Factory: In a few instances, larger products are shipped direct
to you from the factory. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of
these items, as we cannot guarantee actual date of shipment. Note
that some items may not be able to be shipped by air.
Air and Express Shipments:
A $10 surcharge is added to orders shipped UPS Second Day Air shipments
within the continental United States except Alaska. $12 is added
to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Note: Tables
cannot be shipped by air.
Pricing: Please note
we strive to maintain prices as marked, however we cannot be responsible
for price increases due to exchange rates and other economic factors.
Therefore, prices are subject to change without notice.
