Wyr Knittr™ 
One spool each of 30-gauge wire in Chili, Hot Lime and Hot Gold (from "Cool Colors" Wyr Pak)
3, 8mm drop beads with loop at top in chili color
2, 6mm round faceted beads and 1, 6mm x 12 mm oval faceted bead in lime color
2, 4mm, 3, 3mm and 1, 2mm round gold metal beads
3, 2" long eye pins
3, 3mm gold jump rings
INSTRUCTIONS
Knit three 16" lengths of each color wire. Flatten each length.
Braid together, joining together at the tips with a jump ring at each
end. Hold the two braided ends side-by-side and with a separate length
of wire, sew the lower 2" ends together. With each of the eye
pins, make the following drops: #1: Open the eyepin and thread on
the drop bead. Thread on the faced lime and 2 of the 3mm gold beads.
#2: Attach the drop bead as for #1. Thread on the oval faceted lime
bead and 1 of the 4mm gold beads. #3: Attach the drop bead as for
#1. Thread on the third 3mm and last 4mm gold bead, the other round
faceted lime bead and the 2mm gold bead. Attach this jump ring with
the drops to the jump rings attached to the bottom of the braids. |
