SETTING UP
Thread the wire through the center of the Wyr Knittr. Attach the 3 clips to the wire, gradually lifting them totally off the table after you have completed step 5, Round 2.
NOTE
If your machine is brand new, the handle may feel a bit stiff and will need to be "rocked" back and forth a bit to help spread the lubrication throughout the workings of the machine. This will take a few rounds of knitting to accomplish, but then you're good to go!
|

ROUND ONE |

Step 1, Round 1:
Catch first stitch
|

Step 2, Round 1:

and catch third stitch

On the first round, pull down gently on wire
|

Step 5, Round 1:
Push down stitch
|
|

ROUND TWO |

Step 1, Round 2:

|

This photo shows the stitch sitting on the latch. It must be pushed down below the latch to knit properly.
|

Step 3, Round 2:

FINISHING |

Step 1, Finishing:
Bind off stitches by threading the loose wire through the 4 stitches at the end.
|

Step 2, Finishing (optional):
Before tightening the bound-off stitches, use a #8 hand knitting needle to even out the stitches of the knitted cord.
